Individualized weekly training plan via e-mail.  Treadmill test given to determine HR parameters for workouts.

Unlimited contact via phone, text, and e-mail.  Will respond within 24 hours.

Feedback on training progress given as often as needed.

Previous race time evaluation to determine strengths and weaknesses.

Race schedule review.  Ongoing review of Athlete goals.

The above plan is $125/month with a $100 start-up fee and 3 month minimum contract required.
