TRIATHLON TRAINING/COACHING: Plan #2 Local Training

Individualized weekly training plan via e-mail.

Meet once weekly for hourly workout of your choice.  Examples include but not limited to swimming, biking, speed workout on track/road, or pre-race training.

Unlimited contact via phone, text, and e-mail. Will respond within 24 hours

Feedback on training and progress given as often as needed.

Underwater swimming video analysis and feedback.

Bicycle fitting and set-up; modify as athlete progresses

Treadmill fitness test to determine heart rate parameters for run workouts.

Cycling test to determine heart rate training zones and/or wattages.

Previous race time evaluation to determine strengths and weaknesses including transitions.

Race schedule review.  Ongoing review of Athlete goals.

The above plan is $300/month with $100 start up fee and 4 month minimum contract.
